[ Okay, maybe it's true she didn't have clothes on now but he knows she has a ton that she COULD be wearing. Even a ton of bathing suits! Who needs that many clothes anyway...

He doesn't even bother answering the messages and it doesn't take very long for him to show up and close the door behind him, working his clothes off and setting his hat down with a grin. ]

[ Like that's something to be proud of, right!? He gets a mischievous look in his eyes as he comes closer to the bath and Nami and he's definitely thinking about jumping into the bath instead of getting in normally. ]

She glances up from the bath at the sound of the door, face softening into a grin when she spots him. Still, she does a quick taco scan. Just in case. ]

Good. I don't need you complaining about it be—

[ She aborts the train of thought midsentence, her eyes registering that look in his eyes. She's seen it far too often to be unaware it means no good. She lifts a suds covered arm from the cloudy water, eyes narrowing as she holds out a flat hand in a signal to stop, voice snapping out in the same cadence one might address an unruly pup rather than the future king of the pirates. ]

Luffy, no!

Aw come on! You're ruining all my fun!

[ Luffy pouts. No tacos, no jumping... what next! He hangs his head but at least he was no longer poised to jump. Nami's just too scary to disobey sometimes!

At least when it's something that's not of much consequence anyway. But fine... he'll climb in the normal way, though he's gonna pout the whole time. ]

[ She rolls her eyes, expression softening into something fond. He might be an idiot, but he's their idiot. With the fragrant suds covering the surface of the water, there's not much visible of Nami's wet skin beyond her knees, the swell of her breasts, and the long line of her neck, orange locks gathered in a messy bun and pinned to the top of her head.

She motions for Luffy to move closer, inviting him to sit between her legs with his back to her chest so she can began to scrub his back as promised, looking perfectly at ease in the presence of her nude captain. ]

Yeah, yeah. The bath is for getting clean and relaxing. But we'll get the water guns after and you can hunt Usopp and Zoro, how about that?

[ Not Sanji, though. He had tacos to feed her. ]

[ He's pouting a little less by the time he'd settled between Nami's legs, enjoying the attention as she washed his back. He idly pokes at some bubbles. ]

Okay, okay. That sounds fun. And more tacos.

[ Because Luffy will always be a bottomless pit. He leans settles more against her and is really just as at ease as she is. He's gonna have to be careful or between the warmth of the bath and her soft body it might be tempting to fall asleep. ]

[ She's not naive enough to think this pocket of peace will last for long, so she enjoys it while it does. Nami's ship calloused hands working the scrubbing brush over Luffy's rubbery skin with easy familiarity. It's when she sets it aside to work shampoo coated fingers into his dark curls that she feels him start to melt against her, giving a soft huff of a laugh. ]

If you fall asleep on me I'm leaving you here while I go eat all the tacos.

[ It's not much of a threat, as far as those go. Nami couldn't eat a tenth of what Luffy can inhale even if she tried. It also wouldn't be the first time she lost her captain to the melty feeling of the water and warm steam. ]

A taco… [ She mutters to herself again, remembering the photo with a snort, and tugging lightly on his hair. ] You really are hopeless. [ Then again, so is she. ]

[ Luffy's head tilts back when she starts working shampoo into his hair. He really could have probably fallen asleep but the warning has him straightening up slightly but not enough to lose much skin to skin contact. ]

What'd I do?

[ He's so relaxed he's totally forgotten about the way he'd definitely misunderstood Nami's intentions earlier. ]

[ She's be a liar if she said she didn't love this quiet intimacy with him. The warmth of him against her skin, all that monstruous strength putty beneath her touch. She reaches for a nearby bowl, gently beginning to rinse out his hair while he keeps his head tipped back, keeping it out of his eyes. She tugs on the dark locks, a faint whine in her voice. ]

You were supposed to find it sexy, you idiot. Please tell me you didn't open it in front of Sanji-kun… [ The possibility only now occurring to her considering where Luffy was. Should she send someone to check on him in the galley? ]

[ Luffy definitely doesn't take as good of a bath as when it's with Nami and she's doing most of the work. The hot water just makes him all relaxed and if he's not kept awake he'd just fall asleep. But as drowsy as he is her rinsing out his hair and her soft body to his back keep him awake enough.

He groans a little when she whines and then well... He pops one eye open, turning his head enough to look at her. ]

But you're always sexy... and he didn't see it! Robin might've...

[ He's not sure but she was sitting by him. ]
